Niki Minaj: Yesterday My Flight Scheduled for Midnight Shut Their Plane Down @ 12:58pm. Never in 15 Years Have I Heard of Anything Like That.

Nicki Minaj faced some big problems before her concert in Montreal last night. Taking to X today, the rap star said bad things happened to stop her from performing.

Her plane was delayed making her arrive late. Then, when she got to Canada, officials searched through her bags, which made her upset.

Minaj shared her frustration on Twitter. She said her flight was supposed to leave at midnight but was grounded just before 1:00 in the afternoon.

That's strange and never happened to her in 15 years of flying. Her flight cost $70,000, but they still wouldn't let her board. She had to wait until 3:00, then 5:00, which made her late for her 9:30 show in Canada.

When they finally reached Canada, things got worse. Officials searched her bags, which they didn't do before.

Usually, they checked her big bags and let her go quickly. But this time, they went through her personal bags, causing more delay. Minaj felt like someone was trying to ruin her show, but she believed in God's help.

Despite all the problems, Minaj promised her fans, called Barbz, that she'd be on stage soon. She apologized for the delay and promised to find out what happened after the show.

Since the tour's inception, Minaj has enthralled her devoted fan base, known as Barbz, in cities such as Oakland, Denver, Las Vegas, and beyond. Recent highlights include sold-out shows at prestigious venues like Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 30 and the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. on April 1, marking her 16th tour stop.

Each performance has been met with resounding acclaim, underscoring Minaj's enduring appeal and star power.

From sharing the stage with music luminaries like Beyoncé to her engaging interactions with fans, Minaj has consistently delivered unforgettable moments throughout the tour.

Notably, her stage ensembles, featuring bespoke creations including vintage Versace and Chanel pieces, have garnered widespread admiration and praise.

The tour's commercial success has also been noteworthy, with Minaj's March 28 concert at the Prudential Center in Newark reportedly achieving the distinction of being the highest-grossing concert by a female rapper.

Drawing over 12,000 attendees and generating revenue exceeding $2 million, this milestone further underscores Minaj's status as a formidable force in the music industry.

Minaj's Pink Friday 2 tour has been mostly smooth, but last night's incident caused her a lot of stress. However, she was determined to give her fans a great performance in Montreal.
